Cancellation Policy
2025 POLICY UPDATES: NO-SHOW POLICY
-No-showing your appointment can result in a fee up to 100% of your service total.
-No showing more than one time can result in requiring us to keep a non-refundable appointment deposit of 50% for every appointment booked in the future.

-Cancellations must be made at least 36 hours prior to your appointment.
You are able to cancel, modify, or reschedule your appointment online up to 36 hours before your scheduled appointment.
-Cancelling within the 36 hour window will result in up to a 100% fee.
-Any cancellations made within 36 hours of your appointment must be made via Text message or phone call. Please leave us a voicemail if we do not answer during business hours, as we are likely with other clients. Please make these cancellations via Text or phone call and NOT through social media. Cancellations earlier than 36 hours before your appt can be cancelled online.
